Obituary

Kathleen Lepo, 66, of Indian Harbor Beach, FL, passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2016. She was born in Waynesburg, PA to her loving parents, Charles and Dolores Lepo.

After working in the restaurant business in Ohio, Kathy was hired as maître d' of the University Club in Jacksonville, FL and eventually transferred to the Club's Melbourne location. Her time at these establishments is where she was able to work and learn from world class chefs from Germany, Japan and Italy and that was the start of her desire to own her own successful bakery. She worked in Real Estate for many years to help finance her dream and in December of 2012, Kathy's dream came true and she opened "Take a Bite Cupcakes" in The Avenues at Viera.

Kathy is survived by her loving and devoted son, Logan Lepo; her sister Kim (Richard) Smith; her nieces Daniell (Phil) Jolliff, Melissa, Heather and Sarah Smith; her great-nieces, Brooklyn and Baily Jolliff, and her fur-kids, Carmel and Achilles. Kathy will also be dearly missed by all those that knew and loved her in the community where she devoted so much of her time.

Kathy was a life-long Green Bay Packers Fan, had a love of Tinker Bell and was known around town as Everybody's Mom!

Three words that describe Kathy are Creative, Passionate and Unbreakable, and this is how she will be remembered.

The family would like to invite everyone to come and celebrate Kathy's life on Sunday, October 16, 2016 from 8am to noon on he Plaza at The Avenue Viera - please come comfortable casually dressed
