The Scott McDonald Charity Golf Outing is Friday, June 20, 2025, at Reserve Run Golf Course, 625 Western Reserve Rd., Poland, OH, 44514. Proceeds will benefit the Scott McDonald Scholarship Fund. Sign in: 8:15 - 8:45, shotgun start at 9 am. Cost: $100 per person. Includes donuts, lunch, steak dinner, coffee, soft drinks, beer, cash prizes, 50/50 raffle. Not golfing? Meals, drinks and scholarship fund - $55.
Do not contact the course to sign up or to pay. Advance payment only. Make checks payable to Reserve Run (no credit cards or Venmo). Mail checks with names and emails of all participants to Tony Newman, 6985 Mayfield Rd., Gates Mills, OH 44040. To make a separate donation to the scholarship fund, make checks payable to Anthony Newman.
Sports Hall of Fame plaques installed--The first picture attached is the Introduction Board that announces you are entering "The Sports Hall of Fame. As you view down the Hall you are entering you see 17 of the Showcase Boards the committee had constructed to display the plaques of every individual and team inducted. The second picture is of the wall immediately outside of the gymnasium that has seventeen induction classes on display. 2007 through 2022. The third picture is from the opposite end, looking back towards the entrance door. You will notice we have years of available space to add induction classes going forward plus two more adjacent hallways available that will also provide space many years into the future.
The Sports Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Dinner is Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Regovich Party Center in Eastlake, Ohio. Tickets are $65 per person and available through the North High Sports Hall of Fame Committee.
