Allan Joseph Sokalski

Allan Joseph Sokalski, 63, of Mentor, passed away Nov. 18, 2013, at his home in Florida.

Born Nov. 12, 1950, in Cleveland, Allan had served in the National Guard, worked as a technician for Philips Health Care and was an avid fisherman. He got the most joy in life spending time with his wife, daughter and granddaughter.

Survivors are his wife of 20 years, Linda (Faight); daughter, Stacey (Brenden) Moreau; granddaughter, Scarlette; mother, Wanda Sokalski; and sister, Kathleen (Gary) Brown.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edmund Sokalski.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013, with a service directly following at the Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake.
